- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the baby carrots by washing them under cold water and draining them well.
- Mix together the maple syrup, butter, salt, pepper, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Coat the carrots with the maple mixture in the slow cooker, tossing gently.
- Cook on low for 240-300 minutes or on high for 120-180 minutes until tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
Notes
These carrots pair well with roast chicken, grilled salmon, or pork chops. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
