Description

Delightful smoked salmon and cream cheese pinwheels, easy to prepare and perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup arugula or spinach

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese with the smoked salmon, capers, and dill until well combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla or wrap.
  3. Add a handful of arugula or spinach on top of the mixture.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and slice into bite-sized pinwheels.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
