- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup arugula or spinach
Instructions
- Mix the softened cream cheese with the smoked salmon, capers, and dill until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla or wrap.
- Add a handful of arugula or spinach on top of the mixture.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and slice into bite-sized pinwheels.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
