Description

A flavorful and elegant appetizer featuring crispy bread, creamy cheese, and succulent smoked salmon.


Ingredients

  • Baguette or crostini bread
  • Cream cheese
  • Smoked salmon
  • Fresh dill
  • Capers
  • Lemon wedges
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and slice the baguette into thin pieces.
  2. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Toast the bread for about 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Allow the toasted bread to cool slightly, then spread a layer of cream cheese on each slice.
  5. Top each crostini with a slice of smoked salmon, fresh dill, and capers.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
