- 1 can tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- Combine the cooled macaroni, flaked tuna, chopped celery, diced onion, and sweet pickle relish in a large bowl.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Mix the dressing over the pasta mixture, stirring gently to coat evenly.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- Garnish with paprika before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider substituting Greek yogurt for mayonnaise and using whole wheat or gluten-free pasta.
