Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. Combine the cooled macaroni, flaked tuna, chopped celery, diced onion, and sweet pickle relish in a large bowl.
  3. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Mix the dressing over the pasta mixture, stirring gently to coat evenly.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  6. Garnish with paprika before serving.
