Description

These sliders feature crispy chicken breasts coated in a crunchy layer and drizzled with a sweet and spicy honey butter glaze, making them a comforting and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 4 Slider buns
  • Pickles for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip the seasoned chicken in flour, then eggs, and finally coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in honey and hot sauce, and set aside.
