- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 tbsp Hot sauce
- 4 Slider buns
- Pickles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip the seasoned chicken in flour, then eggs, and finally coat in panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in honey and hot sauce, and set aside.
- Assemble sliders by placing crispy chicken on the bottom half of each bun, drizzling with spicy honey butter, and adding pickles.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
