- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup strawberry jello
- 2 cups hot water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and crush the pretzel sticks into small pieces. Combine with melted butter and granulated sugar.
- Transfer the pretzel mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish and press down firmly. Bake for about 10 minutes, then set aside to cool completely.
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Dissolve the strawberry jello in hot water and let it cool slightly before mixing in sliced strawberries.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
