Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup strawberry jello
  • 2 cups hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and crush the pretzel sticks into small pieces. Combine with melted butter and granulated sugar.
  2. Transfer the pretzel mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish and press down firmly. Bake for about 10 minutes, then set aside to cool completely.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
  4. Dissolve the strawberry jello in hot water and let it cool slightly before mixing in sliced strawberries.
