- 2 lbs cube steak
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Prepare the sliced onion and bell pepper by placing them in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Layer the seasoned cube steak on top of the vegetables.
- Mix together the mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Combine the mixture and pour it over the steak, covering it well.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until the steak is tender.
- Serve hot alongside rice or mashed potatoes.
