Description
A festive, no-bake crunchy snack mix made with cereal, pretzels, popcorn, and coated in white chocolate, perfect for Easter or any celebration.
Ingredients

- 4 cups crisp rice cereal or corn squares
- 2 cups small pretzels or pretzel sticks, lightly broken
- 2 cups plain popcorn, fully popped, unbuttered
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup pastel chocolate candies or candy-coated chocolates
- 16 ounces white chocolate or vanilla melting wafers
- 2 tablespoons pastel sprinkles, plus more for topping
- Pinch of fine salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment. Set aside.
- Add cereal, pretzels, popcorn, and marshmallows to a large bowl. Toss gently to avoid crushing the cereal.
- Microwave the white chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth. Stir in a pinch of salt.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the dry mix and fold until everything is lightly coated. Add candies and sprinkles, then fold again.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with extra colorful sugar.
- Let it set at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 10 to 15. Break into clusters and serve.
Notes
This snack mix can be customized with different cereals, pretzels, and candies. Storage: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
