- 1 cup pineapple chunks

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Whip up the marinade by combining soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken pieces in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken pieces and pineapple chunks onto skewer alternately.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
