Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Whip up the marinade by combining soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the chicken pieces in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread chicken pieces and pineapple chunks onto skewer alternately.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
