Description

A refreshing blend of sweet and savory flavors with Mahi Mahi fillets marinated in a delicious teriyaki sauce and grilled with pineapple.


Ingredients

  • Mahi Mahi fillets
  • Pineapple juice
  • Soy sauce
  • Brown sugar
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, minced
  • Pineapple slices
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine the pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Stir gently to mix until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Marinate the Mahi Mahi: Take your Mahi Mahi fillets and place them in the marinade. Allow them to soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: While the fillets are marinating, preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Season and Cook the Fish: Remove the fillets from the marinade, season with salt and pepper, and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Grill the Pineapple: In the last few minutes, add the pineapple slices directly on the grill and cook until caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Serve: Serve the Mahi Mahi topped with grilled pineapple slices and garnish with chopped green onions.
