- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Pickles, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form the beef into small patties, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Melt cheese on the patties during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.
