Description

Delicious and comforting Burger Bowls featuring seasoned ground beef and fresh veggies, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Pickles
  • Your choice of dressing or sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring well and letting flavors meld for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Prepare the lettuce leaves by rinsing under cold water and patting them dry.
  4. Assemble the bowls by placing lettuce at the bottom, followed by seasoned ground beef.
  5. Add diced tomatoes and cucumbers on top of the beef for crunch.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and pickles, then drizzle with your chosen dressing or sauce and serve immediately.
