Description
Juicy, bite-sized beef sliders perfect for summer gatherings that are easy to make and sure to please a crowd.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 or 85/15)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
- Pickles, sliced onion, lettuce, tomato (optional, for topping)
- Mustard, mayo, sugar free ketchup (or your favorite burger sauce)
- Keto buns, mini lettuce cups, or just serve patty style
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or pan. You want it hot enough that the patties sizzle right away.
- In a big bowl, gently mix the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire if you’re using it.
- Divide into 12 equal portions and form small patties. Make a tiny dent in the middle of each one.
- Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, depending on thickness and heat. Flip once if you can.
- Add cheese during the last minute. Cover to help it melt.
- Serve right away, or keep warm in a low oven while you finish the batch.
Notes
Set up a toppings bar with pickles, sauces, onions, and lettuce for guests to build their own sliders.
