Description

Juicy, bite-sized beef sliders perfect for summer gatherings that are easy to make and sure to please a crowd.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 or 85/15)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
  • Pickles, sliced onion, lettuce, tomato (optional, for topping)
  • Mustard, mayo, sugar free ketchup (or your favorite burger sauce)
  • Keto buns, mini lettuce cups, or just serve patty style

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or pan. You want it hot enough that the patties sizzle right away.
  2. In a big bowl, gently mix the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire if you’re using it.
  3. Divide into 12 equal portions and form small patties. Make a tiny dent in the middle of each one.
  4. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, depending on thickness and heat. Flip once if you can.
  5. Add cheese during the last minute. Cover to help it melt.
  6. Serve right away, or keep warm in a low oven while you finish the batch.

Notes

Set up a toppings bar with pickles, sauces, onions, and lettuce for guests to build their own sliders.
