Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by combining the flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Dredge the chicken thighs in the flour mixture.
- Brown the chicken in a skillet with heated vegetable oil for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté the sliced onion in the same skillet until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and dried thyme, cooking until fragrant.
- Create the gravy by pouring in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Simmer the chicken thighs in the gravy for about 30 minutes or until fully cooked through.
- Adjust the seasoning before serving and enjoy with rice or biscuits.
