Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds, sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Cook the ground meat: Add 1 pound of ground pork or chicken to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add aromatics: Stir in 2 minced cloves of garlic and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger. Cook for an additional minute.
  4. Introduce vegetables and sauce: Add 2 cups of coleslaw mix and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
