- 3 green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Heat the skillet: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat.
- Cook the ground meat: Add 1 pound of ground pork or chicken to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add aromatics: Stir in 2 minced cloves of garlic and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger. Cook for an additional minute.
- Introduce vegetables and sauce: Add 2 cups of coleslaw mix and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
- Season to taste: Add salt and pepper as needed, stirring to blend.
- Serve and garnish: Serve hot in bowls, garnished with optional toppings.
