Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the sugar cookie dough package.
  2. Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a lightly floured surface and press it into a pizza pan.
  3. Bake the crust until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  4. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by beating together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
