Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the sugar cookie dough package.
- Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a lightly floured surface and press it into a pizza pan.
- Bake the crust until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- Prepare the cream cheese mixture by beating together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange the fresh fruits atop the cream cheese layer.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Slice and serve chilled.
