Description
A comforting and satisfying dish combining pasta, savory ground beef, and creamy cheese, perfect for busy weeknights and family gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Start by boiling a pot of salted water. Once it reaches a rolling boil, add the bowtie pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Once done, drain the pasta and set it aside, ensuring it remains warm.
- Melt the butter: In a large skillet, place 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Allow the butter to melt gradually, watching to ensure it does not brown.
- Sauté the garlic: Add 4 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté the garlic in the melted butter until it becomes fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Cook ground beef: Add 1 lb of ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine ingredients: Stir in the cooked bowtie pasta into the skillet with the beef. Add the shredded cheese, mixing until melted and well combined.
- Garnish and serve: If desired, garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
