Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs turkey tenderloin
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the softened butter with minced garlic, fresh rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the garlic butter mixture generously over the turkey tenderloin.
  4. Sear the turkey tenderloin in an oven-safe skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the turkey rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
