Description

A quick and flavorful Mediterranean dish featuring cod fillets baked with lemon, garlic, and oregano.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons (zested and juiced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
