Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the marinade.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Sprinkle lemon zest over the top of the cod fillets.
