- 4 hot dog buns

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Place the beef hot dogs on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Chop the sweet onions and heat them in a skillet.
- Cook the onions in the skillet until they become soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the brown sugar and apple cider vinegar to the onions, cooking until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the hot dog buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
- Assemble by placing a hot dog in each bun, topped with sweet onion relish.
- Serve with mustard or additional relish if desired.
