Description

These grilled vegetable skewers offer a vibrant mix of bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms, all enhanced with a tangy balsamic glaze for a delicious summer dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 Bell peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 Red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, halved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
