- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well before the next addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl, then gradually combine it with the wet ingredients.
- Stir in the rolled oats and raisins until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoonfuls of the dough onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden but the centers are still soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
