Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
