- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 6 hours.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
- Remove from the grill or skillet, allow to rest for a few minutes, and serve.
