Description

A light and refreshing mocktail perfect for hot summer days, made with fresh watermelon, mint, and sparkling water.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 to 4 cups cold watermelon cubes
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, plus wedges for serving
  • 6 to 10 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for topping
  • 1 to 1.5 cups sparkling water or club soda, chilled
  • Ice
  • Optional: 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or simple syrup
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the watermelon until it is fully liquid. If your blender struggles, add a splash of sparkling water.
  2. Stir in lime juice and taste.
  3. Add mint gently, either muddling or stirring it in.
  4. Sweeten only if needed after tasting.
  5. Pour over ice, topping with sparkling water just before serving.

Notes

Chill glasses before serving for an extra refreshing experience. Optional garnishes include a mint sprig or a lime wheel.
