- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups frozen hashbrowns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine sliced kielbasa, frozen hashbrowns, diced onion, diced bell pepper, and garlic powder in the slow cooker.
- Mix cream of chicken soup with a little water until thinned out.
- Pour the thinned cream of chicken soup over the mixture in the slow cooker and stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese about 30 minutes before serving, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier option, use turkey sausages and serve with a light salad or steamed veggies.
