Description

Delicious sweet corn on the cob slathered with herb-infused butter, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of fresh sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silk.
  3. Combine the softened butter, parsley, chives, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread the herb butter over each ear of corn.
  5. Wrap each ear in aluminum foil.
  6. Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
  7. Unwrap the corn and serve hot, with extra herb butter if desired.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute unsalted butter with vegan butter. You can also experiment with different herbs and spices to customize the flavor.
