Delicious sweet corn on the cob slathered with herb-infused butter, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 4 ears of fresh sweet corn
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk.
- Combine the softened butter, parsley, chives, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the herb butter over each ear of corn.
- Wrap each ear in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
- Unwrap the corn and serve hot, with extra herb butter if desired.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute unsalted butter with vegan butter. You can also experiment with different herbs and spices to customize the flavor.
